Dalie's Smokehouse in Valley Park, MO, is an award-winning restaurant owned by a restaurant group of top-quality businessmen and BBQ pit masters.

The group also owns two other BBQ brands in the St. Louis region, all of which are top-rated by strong online reviews and dominate the BBQ restaurant market in the St. Louis Metropolitan region. However, this brand/location is our favorite.

Dalie's Smokehouse is a hidden gem in West St. Louis County.  It is not as busy as the other two brands, but this is a comfortable, family-oriented, safe destination.

Craig Basler is the GM/partner, and he loves his job.

The staff is friendly and happy, which is a nice, refreshing experience, as many restaurants' staff are not so happy.

This restaurant provides a unique experience off the beaten path, which is the most attractive characteristic of this place.

St. Louis Restaurant Review recently published a review of Dalie's Smokehouse, describing it as the Best BBQ in St. Louis.
