Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Victims of Shooting in Highland Park, IL

PIERRE – Governor Kristi Noem ordered that flags be flown at half-staff statewide effective immediately until sunset on Saturday, July 9, 2022, in honor of the victims of the tragic shooting in Highland Park, IL.
